To be Magnetic: The Clarity Excercise

To Be Magnetic is a platform that encourages people to combat limiting beliefs to become better versions of themselves. I only have experience with this excercise, but I think that it gives great insight into how the rest of the platform functions. The exercise asks people to begin by journaling and reflecting on your life, then there is a meditation that asks the participant to imagine what their future looks like. If you’re someone who is curious about reflecting on your past and understanding the role it plays on your present and future, I highly recommend going through the clarity excersize, maybe listening to the “Expanded” Podcast, and if you’re super interested, purchasing the membership––if you do, let me know if you like it because I’ve been thinking about buying it too.

Ikigai

Ikigai is a Japanese way of life that emphasizes each individual's life purpose. This book observes how the people in Okinoa, a town in Japan with the oldest people in the world live for so long. The book articulates how the Ikigai philosophy contributes to their longevity.
